Raffle Setup Guide
StreamLabs Charity makes it possible to raffle off items to people who donate through your link. This is a great way to encourage more donations and keeps the process simple and transparent.
Create a StreamLabs Charity Account
To get started, first make sure you have signed up for an account on StreamLabs Charity.

Join the 2023 StreamLabs Charity Team
Next, join the 2023 Charity Team by going to fabulousmarines.com/JoinCharityTeam and accepting the invite.
Create a Reward
This is where you create your raffle item. Once created, you’ll be able to see the list of people who have donated for a chance to win the item!

When you set up the rewards, do not touch or add a number to the Quality Availability, if you want it unlimited. If you add a value and then delete it, it will set it to O.
Because of this bug, if you do mistakenly add a value you will have to delete the reward and add it again
Click Save / Add More
You can now scroll to the bottom of this page to see raffle entries!
Donation Link
Your sharable donation link can be found at the top of the Teams page . Simply click the green "Copy Link" button.
We recommend shortening this url to share it, such as through bitly or by requesting a custom url from us using the Fabulous Marines domain.
Choosing a Winner
When it comes time to choose the winner, on the Charity Rewards page on the bottom right, use the Export button to get the list of entries/donors.
- List all the donors in spreadsheet
- Remember to add multiple entries for people who donated extra or more than once
- Use a random number generator to pick winner
How to Enter the Raffle
When users donate using your StreamLabs Charity link they will see the donation reward/raffle item.
Promote the Raffle
Now that your raffle is created make sure to promote it! Create a bitly link to your raffle to make it easier to promote on stream and social media. You can also request a custom Fabulous Marines url.
Add Raffle to the Website
To have your raffle featured on the Fabulous Marines website send an email to webdev@fabulousmarines.com
Title your email: “Fabulous Marines Raffle Listing” followed by your display name.
Include the following in the email:
- URL (or bitly link) to your StreamLabs page
- raffle end date
- your alias/display name
- 1 square-cropped photo, at least 300px, of the artwork in the listing
If you would like to have a custom Fabulous Marines url for your listing, mention it in your email as well.
Spread the Word
Finally, let people know about your raffle.
Discord: Promote your listing in the auctions-and-raffles channel
Social Media: Use #FabulousMarines and we’ll share it on our platforms
Livestream Overlay: Fabulous Marines provides official streamers a widget that rotates through images of currently active auctions and raffles. Their use of this is optional.
